  1. Human Resources as a domain does not lend itself easily to measurement, whether due to the difficulty in identifying, tracking or the sheer “humanness” of the subject. The complex and diverse nature of perspectives and themes involved make it difficult to choose and track metrics. We support clients in developing a set of metrics that focus on developing insights and not sound bites.
  2. For us, operationalizing insights and building a lens of looking at information, data is the real value at the heart of an Analytics Agenda.
  3. While Analytics drive all our work, we also work with clients on this aspect as an independent, standalone solution.
